Hello! I hope you are all doing well and enjoying your day! We've had lots of rain today and a few periods when we had hail. Thankfully, we didn't have to step out and face the weather. We're so spoiled with so many sunny days in California! LOL! :)
Since I've been inside, I wanted to try to get in a project using the new 2 Sketches 4 You sketch today.
As I was creating this, I thought about how very blessed I am to have met so many wonderful people through this blog, and I am so very thankful to have gotten to know a number of you better because of it. :)
I have to apologize for the delay in my posting my Freebie Friday RAK last week. I'm so sorry, and hope that after seeing what I have to offer, you'll still play along! :)

Thanks for the chance to win such a great candy package. I got the MS scalloped heart border punch and have been kicking myself for not getting the small heart one too.

What a treat that would be! I love the chocolate room, but I'd prolly sleep in a barn for a chance to scrapbook with others in that scrap room!

Christine,
the retreat looks beautiful! I would have to say I love to cook so that kitchen looks very inviting to me! But I also think it's neat you have some many different tools avaliable in the crop room, so that if someone either left theirs at home or doesn't have a tool they can use yours... is clever. Nice work!

I would have to say that it all looks wonderful but this little detail caught my eye:
Each guest is treated to their own six-foot long table.

The house is beautiful and you really have thought of everything as far as tools. I would say if you can...a cricut would be nice. I have one so I would only have to bring any cartridges you don't have...but I saw you have the slice..so that's about the same.

I love that it is all under one roof and also the sunlight that floods the crop room is very nice. BarefootProf@bellsouth.net

Oh, this is soooo easy!
What I like best about your retreat house is that it's less than an hour from where I live! Woo-hoo!
I belong to the Yahoo! group, Who Gives a Scrap and I'd like to invite you to come join us. We are mostly, thought not all, IE gals.

Bummer that we just put down our deposit for another (Escondido) retreat house in November. Maybe I can talk the gals into doing your place for our 2010 retreat.
I followed the directions and left a post on my never-read blog (http://melissasmentions.blogspot.com), but I also left a post on the Yahoo! group asking them to come check out your RAK.

The house is beautiful and will be outstandingly popular. I love your site. it is easy to navigate, answers my questions. I love the calendar feature.

Wow! I agree that it is a brilliant idea. My favorite thing(s) about the Scrapbook Retreat House is that you have an incredible amount of tools and equipment. I'd really enjoy being able to use something besides my Cricut. I also really like that the scrapbooking rooms are open 24 hours a day since so many of us get most creative late at night. Wow that retreat house is lovely! Wish I could fly there to spend a weekend. Maybe someday when I go back to Cali. The idea of putting up a retreat house just for scrapping is very creative. Must feel good to own a place like that. I posted your RAK announcement and the retreat house link on my blog: http://dscrapyard.blogspot.com/2009/02/happy-valentines-day.html
